Anyplace Control 4.11.4 – is the new release of the program for technical support of remote users
Company “CEBIT” presents a new version of Anyplace Control 4.11.4. Updated version of Anyplace Control now allows you to simplify the process of providing technical assistance to users who work remotely.
Output of the current version of Anyplace Control is aimed primarily at consumers concerned with remote technical support, as well as employees of IT department. The use of Anyplace Control saves much time necessary for the system administrator to resolve computer problems.
The new service Anyplace Control Software allows administrators to provide remote technical support to users without having to install client-side software on the user’s computer that distinguishes Anyplace Control of competitor’s decisions. Remote user need only click on a special web-link, the administrator will send him an e-mail. There is no need to install the client portion of Anyplace Control on the user’s PC or set the parameters of complex settings during installation.
